Note:

1. Rates include:
- 21% tax and service charge
- daily Continental breakfast
- welcome drinks and cold towel upon arrival
- tea time
- daily car and driver (7 seats ) for 8 hours
- one time return transfer in/out from Airport to villa
- flowers arrangement
- fully staff, maids, Cook, pool attandance
- laundry service, excluded dry cleaning

2. Low & High Season Periods
Low Season period: January 11 - July 14 (Excl. Easter), September 16 - December 19
High season period: July 15 - September 15, Easter Week, December 20 - January 15

3. Minimum Stay required:
Low : 5 nights
High : 7 nights
Peak : 10 nights
The Villa management are accepted for two or three nights length of stay but subject the availability.

4. Checking In and Out
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.
