1. Rates:
All rates quoted above is subject to 15% Government Tax and Services Charge.
2. Seasonal:
- Low Season: January 11th – June 30th, September 16th – December 19th (Excludes Easter and Chinese New Years)
- High Season: July 1st – July 31st, September 1st – September 15th, (Easter and Chinese New Years)
- Peak Season: August 1st – August 31st, December 20th – January 10th

. Check in/out time:
Villa check-in time is at 14:00 and check-out time is at 12:00
and if there required any late check-out then subject of villa availability and the
villa shall applied another additional extra charge on it.
4. The rates above are inclusive of the following benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Complimentary Gourmet breakfast
- Daily in villa breakfast
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Free Wi-Fi internet connection (personal laptop is required)
- In house laundry (exclude dry cleaning)
- Fully staff: cook, maids and house supervisor
