1. Rates:
- All rates above are quoted in US Dollar/night.
- All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
- All rates do not include gratuities to staff members (which we recommend at least IDR
150.000 per week per staff member).
2. High & Peak Season Periods:
- Low Season: January 11 to July 14, September 16 to December 19
- High Season: July 15 to July 31, September 1 to September 15, Chinese New Year 20-25 January 2012, and Easter Week 6-12 April 2012
- Peak Season: August 1 – 31, December 20 - January 10
From the 20th of December to the 8th of January.

. Check in/out time:
- Check-in time : 14:00
- Check-out time : before 12:00
- In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
4. The rates above are inclusive of the following benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer.
- Welcome breakfast for 2 persons per bedroom.
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival.
- WiFi Internet Connection is available.
- Free daily car and driver (7 seat) for 8 hours / day exclude petrol. *Extra hour is IDR 35,000.-/hour.
- Free member access to Canggu Club
- Flowers arrangement.
- Fully staffs: maids, private chef, security guard (night shift) and house manager.

5. Minimum Stay:
Low Season: 3 nights
