1. Rates:
- All rates above are subject 15,5% to government tax & Service Charge
- Book 4 bedrooms then no master bedroom will included.
2. Rates above are inclusive of benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer ( 1 x transfer in & 1 x transfer out )
- Welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- Daily American breakfast
- One car and driver (7 seats) for 10 hours/day exclude petrol
- Fully staffs : private chef, maids and house manager.
3. Seasonal:
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year), September 16th to December 19th.
High Season: June 1st to September 15th, Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th.
4. Minimum stay requirements:
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights

. Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
5. Damages, breakages or losses
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages incurred at the villa and agree to look after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. Villa Bendega reserves the right to reclaim the hired property if the hirer, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
6. Insurance
All clients are strongly recommend to take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
