1. Rates Inclusion:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival
- daily Continental breakfast up to 14 persons
- fully staff: cook and cleaning service
- daily car and driver for 8 hrs (7 seats & exclude petrol)
2. Seasonal:
Low Season:January 9th to June 30th (excluding Easter week and Chinese New Year week); September 16th to December 19th inclusive.
High season: July 1st to July 31st inclusive; September 1st to September 15th inclusive; Easter Week’ Chinese New Year Week
Peak Season: August 1st to August 31st inclusive; December 20th to January 8th inclusive
3. Minimum Booking Period:
Low Season: 5 nights
High season: 7 nights
Peak Season: 10 nights
4. Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 shall applied additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
- If you wish to have a party or function at the villa should be inform in advance to the Villa management.
5. Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. 7 bedroom maximum occupancy is 14 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.
