1. Rates:
- All rates are quoted net in USD /night inclusive 21% to government tax and service charge
- All rate are not includes gratuities,telephone, meals, cars and drives.
- In peak season period is required to book whole villa bedrooms either occupied 2 or 3 bedrooms.
2. Seasonal Periods:
Low Season : 06 Jan to 30 June, 01 Sept to 19 Dec
High Season : 01 July to 31 August
Peak Season : 20 Dec to 05 Jan.
3. Minimum Stay:
Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.

. Check-in & Check-out time
- Check-in time after 2pm, and early check-in is subject the villa availability.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- Late check-out till 18:00 will be charge a half from one night villa rate and over then 18:00 hrs then will charge full at one night villa rate.
5. Extra Bed:
US$ 40 / Extra Bed / Night (Include Break fast & Afternoon tea) for Adult.
US$ 25 / Extra Bed / Night (Include Break fast & Afternoon tea) for Child.
- Year 7‐12 are consider as CHILD
- Year 12 years old above is consider as ADULT.
6. Rate above is inclusive of:
- One nights stay in Villa with private swimming pool and Theater room
- 24 hours villa service and security service.
- Daily breakfast and afternoon tea served in villa.
- Welcome drink & chilled towel upon arrival.
- In villa check in process.
- Complimentary wireless internet for 24 hours.
- Complimentary use of Villa Casis Private Theater Room(DVD & Books selection)
7. Villa Capacity Policy
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy.
3 Bedroom: Maximum 6 Persons
4 Bedroom: Maximum 8 Persons
5 Bedroom: Maximum 10 Persons
6 Bedroom: Maximum 12 Persons
