1. Seasonal periods:
PEAK Season 2012 : August 2012 Christmas / NY 2012 – 2013 (Friday December 21, 2012 – Sunday January 13, 2013)
HIGH Season 2012 : July 2012, Chinese NY, Eastern
LOW Season 2012: January 14th to June 30th (excluding Easter/ Chinese New-Year), September 16th to December 20th
2. All rates above is Inclusive:
- Airport transfers with our car and driver. ( Car = Suzuki APV )
- Welcome drink
- First night dinner = Indonesian dinner for all guest
- First morning breakfast = American breakfast for all guest
- The villa with 8 bedrooms as described in attachments
- Electricity and water
- Staff as described in attachments
- Service as described in attachments (Daily cleaning, driver, cooks, etc… )

- Daily fresh towels

- Free bottled water during the whole stay

3. Minimum stay requirements
Low season: 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights
4. Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observed of the villa capacity policy. Villa Infinity has 8 bedrooms that mean maximum of occupancy is up to 16 persons and ideal 2 persons in each bedroom, but if you wish to have additional guests or hold a function at the villa then we must get informed in advance otherwise the villa will not accepted the booking without prior confirmation.
5. LIABILITY:
Be aware that all clients villas will be asked to sign a waiver of
liability and a credit card authorization form which will allow the villa to
charge the card for damages and any additional charges that the clients incur
whilst at the villa.
