Villa Capacity We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance. 4. Check in/out time Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability. 5 . Minimum Stay - Low Season: 5 nights - High Season: 7 nights - Peak Season: 10 nights - Be able to book either 3 or 4 nights subject to case by case basis. 6.
