1. Seasonal Period:
Low: January 9 - June 30 and September 16 to December 19
High: 1st July to 31st July, Easter week, 1st September to 15th September
Peak: 1st August to 31 August, 20th December to 8th January (Christmas and New Year period)
2. The rates above is inclusive of the following benefits:
- One time round trip Airport transfer
- Daily Continental breakfast
- Daily Car and Driver 8 hours exclude patrol (only peak season booking)
- Welcome drink and chilled towels served upon arrival
- Fresh fruit and flower arrangement upon arrival

3. Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
4. Ordering Food and Beverages at the villa:
Personal food and beverages shopping including incidental transportation cost is to the guest account. A single shopping trip is charged at IDR 25,000 and if necessary multiple shopping trips in one day at IDR 50,000. Guest will be invoiced for the amounts spent in advance for their behalf. The villa cook will present receipts and calculations to the guest.
5. Travel Insurance:
The villa Management strongly recommend that the hirer takes out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect the hirer and all those accompanying the hirer for the full time of the hirer and party’s visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
6. Parties or special functions at the villa
If there planning to hold a dinner party or special function exceeding the maximum recommended number of guests, please ask villa Manager for assistance. The villa management can organize equipment rentals of additional glasses, cutlery, tables, chairs, etc if needs exceed the villa inventory. Charges apply depending on catering company and equipment required. For larger functions, extra costs may apply such as special permit fees, venue function fees and extra staff hire. Please contact management for more details & special requirements.
7. Villa Capacity Policy:
The management strictly observe the villa capacity policy. Agreed maximum number of occupancy is up to 12 Adults. If you wish to have additional guests or function at the villa should be informed in advance to the villa management and otherwise the booking will not be accepted prior confirmation.
