1. Rates:
The rates are per night per villa and subject 16% to Government Tax & Service Charge.

3. High & Peak Season Periods
Low season period: January 10 - July 14 and September 15 - December 20
High season period: Chinese New Year & Easter Week, July 15 - September 14
Peak season period: December 21 - January 09

The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case.

. Check in/out time:
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
