The villa complex features 11 private villas (8 villas of 1 bedroom, 2 villa of 2 bedrooms, and 1 villa of 3 bedrooms). Each villa has been individually designed to provide accommodation that is simple, elegant, and refined with own swimming pool, spacious living area with kitchenette, satellite TV and CD & DVD player IDD phone, the bedroom with king-size bed or Hollywood-twin bed, air-conditioning, in-room safety deposit box, bathrobe and slippers, hot and cold shower, separated bathtub and shower.Each bedroom has double beds of queen size which conjunctable into twin share beds.

One Bed room Pool Villa (8 Units)
One bedroom pool villa features with private swimming pool, lush tropical garden, spacious living area with kitchenette, TV cable, stereo system with CD/DVD player, IDD phone. The bedroom is with space which bed standard is king bed/twin share bed with mosquito net, air conditioning, in room deposit box, bathrobe, slippers, hot/normal shower, separate bathtub and shower.

Two Bed room Pool Villa (2 Units)
Two bed room pool villa features, private swimming pool, tropical lush garden and separated 2 rooms. This villa has a main room with a living and dining area, private kitchenette. Absolutely room feature, facilities and amenities are same as one bedroom pool villa.

Three Bed room Pool Villa (1 Unit)
Three bed room pool villa features, private swimming pool, lush tropical garden, consisted of 3 rooms with 2 rooms in separate one building and 1 room as a main room with private dining, living area and kitchenette. Facilities and amenities are same as one bedroom pool villa or two bed room pool villa.

requested time between 0700am – 1100am
· Breakfast box could be provided with notice in advance to Guest Relations staff.

Room Service
· Room service is available for lunch and dinner around 1100am till 0100am
· Maya Sayang is arranged special lunch, dinner such as candle light dinner, BBQ or special event inside the villa for in-house guests only.

Spa (Body & Beauty Treatment)
· Arranged and treated inside the villa with any kinds of body and beauty treatments or a combination these treatments/package
· Spa is available from 0900am till 0800pm (last booking)

Shuttle Service
· It could arrange shuttle service around Kuta and Seminyak area, subject to availability
· Please notify at least 4 hours in advance to Guest Relation staffs

Afternoon tea
· Offering daily afternoon tea with selection of drinks hot/ice tea or coffee and accompanied with cakes
· It is available at 0300pm till 0600pm
