2. Seasonal Periods:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 1 - December 14(excluding Easter and Chinese New Year)
High Season:July 1 - July 31, September 1 - September 15, Easter Week, Chinese New Year.
Peak Season:August 1 - August 31, December 15 - January 8

- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
