Villa Pantai Lima Estate is a 1.6 hectare, 5-villa property right on the water’s edge at Pererenan - Canggu, 25 minutes north of Seminyak. This is no ordinary estate. Each of the villas is completely different architecturally one from another. What’s more, each individual villa is truly vast and spacious, with a large garden, generous private swimming pool and lush tropical vegetation with mature palms.

Villa Waringin (6 bedroom)

Villa Melissa (5 bedroom)
Like all villas in the estate, Villa Melissa opens out directly on to the beach. Each of the five bedrooms has a balcony with a sea views. Living areas also let you enjoy direct ocean vistas. Villa Melissa has the largest pool in the estate – 108sqm. King size beds are standard throughout.
Villa Sound of the Sea (5 bedroom)
It is less than 50m from this villa’s garden to the water’s edge. Individually designed Sound of the Sea has five very spacious bedrooms, four with balconies. It’s superbly furnished and finished. Villa Ambra (6 bedroom)
Completely different in style and design Villa Ambra has unimpeded sea views at the front and charming rice paddy views to the rear.
Each of Villa Ambra’s six bedrooms has a balcony. One bedroom has its own spa. There is a secluded 100sqm pool, a 25sqm children’s pool, and a large Jacuzzi designed for eight adults.
Villa Mary (5 bedroom)
