1. Rates:
Extra bed is at usd 30 nett/night
2. The following is included in the rates above:
- return transfer in/out from Airport to Villa
- 21% service charge and government tax
- daily breakfast for 1 or 2 persons per room
- welcome drinks upon arrival
- free flow hot & cold mineral water in the villa
- coffee/tea making facilities
- free shuttle service to jimbaran beach and Kuta from 10:00 hours to 16:00 hours daily
- personal safety deposit box in the room

Low : 6 January - 31 July
High : 1 to 31 August
Peak : 20 December - 5 January
4. Villa Capacity
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: 1 bedroom maximum occupancy is 2 persons, 2 bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons, 3 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons, 4 bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must get informed in advance.
