The villa will accept either two or three nights length of stay but subject to case by case basis
Seasonal Periods:
- Low Season : 11th January – 30st June; 11 September - 19 December
- High Season : 1st July – 31st July 10th; 1st September-10th September; 20th December – 27rd December ; 6th January – 10th January
- Peak Season :28rd December – 5 January; Aug 1st – Aug 31st
Special holidays such as Chinese New Year and Easter fall under the high category.
Check-in & Check-out time:
- Check in time: 14:00
- Check out time: 12:00
- In case late check-out until 18:00 will charge additional cost at 50% from one night villa rate, and full one night rate should be charge for check-out after 18:00.
Event
- For weddings min.3 nights stay
- Function fee: USD1000 (for more than 15 people event)
- Banjar fee / Police report: USD500 (for more than 15 people event)
- Security deposit (refundable) : USD1000
F&B
Guests are welcome to order meals, drinks, snacks etc..from our Pool side menu. Special dinners can be organized with our inhouse professional cook. Guests are free to do their own grocery shopping, a charge of 30% on the shopping bills is applied to cover the food preparation and the use of side ingredients from the villa kitchen.
