1. All rates above are included the following benefit:
- Daily American breakfast for 2 persons each bedroom
- One time return transfer in/out from Airport to the villa
- Internet connection
- Welcome drinks & cold towels upon arrival
- Maid & butler service

2. Seasonal Periods
Low Season: January 11th to May 31st (excludes Easter period and Chinese New Year), September 16th to December 19th.
High Season: June 1st to September 15th, Easter period and Chinese New Year (Dates vary yearly)
Peak Season: December 20th to January 10th.
Rates are based on up to 8 persons for 4 bedrooms. Extra guests may only be allowed with the approval of the management or the owner.
Extra bed is provided upon request with the following applicable charge:
- age up to 12 years will charge at US$ 35 + 15,5%
- age over 12 years will charge at US$ 50 + 15,5%
3. Check In & Check Out time
Check-In : 14.00 PM
Check-Out : 12.00 PM
The villa management consider will give free late check out subject to the villa availability
4. Minimum stay requirements:
Low season : 3 nights
High season : 7 nights
Peak season : 10 nights
