1. Rates:
The rates are quoted in US Dollars and inclusive of 21% to government tax and service charge

2. Seasonal:
High/Peak Season: 15th December to 15th January, Easter Week, Chinese New Year, 15th July to 15th September
Low Season: January 16th to July 14th, September 16th to December 14th

3 . Check in/out time:
The standard villa check out time is 12.00pm. Depending on the season we are happy to be flexible. Late check out after 6.00pm may incur a half-day rental fee.

4 . Rates above are inclusive of:
- welcome drinks and cold towels upon arrival
- One time round trip Airport transfer.
- Free daily car and driver (seven seats) from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (excluded petrol)
