1. Rates:
All rates are net, quoted in USD and inclusive of tax, service charge, welcome drinks on arrival and return airport transfers. Rates do not include breakfast.
2. High & Peak Season Periods:
High Season: 15th December to 15th January, Easter Week, Chinese New Year, 15th July to 15th September
Low Season: All other times of the year.

- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability

- One time round trip Airport transfer.
- Daily car and driver (seven seats) from 09:00 to 17:00 hours (excluded petrol)
