All rates above are inclusive of 21% to government tax and service charge.
Long term and last minute rates are available upon request.
- Above rates are per night.
- An extra bed is available limit one per room at US$ 50 per night.
- In private stay can be booked either 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom and be able to combine as 5 bedrooms in one compound.
- All above prices , tax & service, transfer in/out from or to International Airport are inclusive
- During Christmas and New Year period is required to book entire villa bedrooms.
The Rates Above is inclusive of:

- welcome drinks, tropical fresh fruits and cold towels upon arrival
- flowers arrangement
- fully staffs chef, waitress, maids and house manager to support of villa butler services
- unlimited water gallon
- Unlimited high speed wireless Internet connection (bring own laptop)
Seasonal Period:
LOW SEASON: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19
HIGH SEASON: July 01 - 31, September 1 - 15, January 23 - 28 (Chinese New Year, April 10 - 16 (Easter week)
PEAK SEASON: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 8 (Xmas - New Year)
Minimum length of stay required:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 10 nights
Check-in & Check-out time:
Check-in time : 14:00
Check-out time : before 12:00 In cases where there is no other booking for the same day,
the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is
subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full
one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
VILLA CAPACITY
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. For example: the two bedroom villas maximum occupancy is 4 persons. The three bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 6 persons and 10 persons for whole villa bedroom. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance
