2. Check-in & Check-out Time:
Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00. Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability.
3. Seasonal:
- High season period: July 15 - August 31 ( Chinese new year and Easter week)
- Peak season period: December 21 - January 05
4. Minimum rental period:
- Low Season: 5 nights
- High Season: 7 nights
- Peak Season: 10 nights
- Be able to book either 3 or 4 nights subject to case by case basis.
5. Occupancy / Children Policy
Maximum of persons per villa is as follows:
3 Bedroom Pool Villa: 6 Adults + 1 Child per bedroom
4 Bedroom Pool Villa: 8 Adults + 1 Child per bedroom
A baby cot and/or one extra bed can be provided in all room categories at no cost for children under the age of 12 years.
