1. Minimum Stay:
Low Season: 3 nights
High Season: 5 nights
Peak Season: 7 nights
2. Seasonal:
Low Season: January 9 - June 30, September 16 - December 19
High Season: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 15, 23 - 28 January (Chinese New Year), 10 - 16 April (Easter week)
Peak Season: August 1 -31, December 20 - January 8 (Xmas - New Year period)
3. Villa Capacity:
We strictly observe the villa capacity policy. The four bedroom villa maximum occupancy is 8 persons. If you wish to have additional guests we must be informed in advance
4. Check-in & Check-out time:
Check-in time : 14:00
Check-out time : before 12:00
In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 18:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 18:00.
