High Season: 20th Jan – 25th Jan 2012 inclusive (CNY week) 4th Apr – 14th Jan 2012 inclusive (Easter week) and Jun 1 – Sep 15
Peak Season: Dec 15-Jan 8 (Xmas – NY)

Late check out until 18:00 is additional charge of 50 % from 1 (one) night room rates and subject to avaibility.
4. Minimum Stay Requirements:
Low Season : 3 nights
High Season : 7 nights
Peak Season : 10 nights
5. Villa Capacity:
The management is strictly observe of the villa capacity policy. The Longhouse villa has six bedrooms ( 6BR ) that mean maximum occupancy is up to 12 persons, but if you wish to have additional guests or held a function at the villa then we should get informed in advance to provided ideal accommodation as villa standard requirements.

- A chef and his team to prepare all meals and snacks
- Free wireless internet connection in main area and plug in every bedroom
