1. Rates are inclusive of:
• One time round trip Airport transfer
• Daily breakfast up to 10 persons
• Complimentary car with driver exclude petrol for 8 hours / day. Extention fee IDR 50.000/hour
• Complimentary local telephone calls
• Wireless internet connection
• Tropical fruits selection, replenished daily

• 24 hours - The shanti personal butler services
• One time return transfer from and to Airport.
• Complimentary enter to the Canggu Club

2. Children
Up to two children receive complimentary accommodation in their parent’s suites using the day beds, however an additional charge for breakfast will be made, and if more than one vehicle is required for airport transfers the second car will be charged. Children’s menus, baby sitters and other specials are available including PS2’s, which can be arranged by our Resident Manager.
3. High & Peak Season Periods
Low Season: 09th Jan to 30th June (exclude CNY and Easter), 16th Sep to 19th Dec
High Season: Jan 20 to 25th Jan (Chinese New Year 2012), 06th Apr to 12th Apr (Easter 2012), 08th Feb to 12th Feb (Chinese New Year 2013), 29th Mar to 31 March (Easter 2013), 01st Sep to 15 Sep, 01st Jul to 31st Aug
Peak Season: 20th Dec to 08th Jan
4. Occupancy
Rates quoted are for entire SHANTI RESIDENCES, with double occupancy per suite or ten (10) guests for entire suite. Study room or additional bedroom upon request. Utilization of the study room as a bedroom shall incur a charge of US$50 and is only applicable when the Residence is booked as a whole.
5. Check in/out time
- Check-in time: 14:00; Check-out time: 12:00.
- Late check-out (day use) until 18:00 is at additional charge of 50% from 1 (one) night villa rate and subject to availability
6. Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, incl. evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
7. Responsibility
Please be advised that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Shanti Residences & Resorts, or during your participation in any activities during your visit to Bali . We will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of International flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
8. Minimum stay required:
- LOW season: 3 nights
- HIGH season: 7 nights
- PEAK season: 10 nights
